VIRTUAL ASSISTANT RATES
We offer very competitive rates and do not have a one size fits all policy as our clientele is very diverse and their needs are equally as diverse.
Rates apply to hours actually worked in 15-minute increments. Our fees do not include office supplies, paper, postage, courier, long distance etc. These will be charged separately.
Per Project Rates
A one-hour minimum is required for all services and projects.
- Administrative Support- $30.00 per hour
- Planning & Coordination- $30.00 per hour
- Document Preparation- $30.00 per hour
- Database Management- $30.00 per hour
- Bookkeeping- $35.00 per hour
- Desktop Publishing- $35.00 per hour
- Real Estate Support- $35.00 per hour
- Web Design- $45.00 per hour
Retainer Rates
Retainer clients requiring on-going monthly support are given priority. Rates are also discounted for recurring services depending on retained hours.
